Overview
New articles posted to a newsgroup expire on a regular basis.
Standards
- News postings to SUNY at Buffalo classroom groups will remain visible in the
newsgroup until two to three weeks after the semester ends.
- News postings to other SUNY at Buffalo newsgroups will expire approximately
30 days after they are posted.
- Postings for all non-SUNY at Buffalo newsgroups usually expire after two to
three weeks. The person posting the article can specify a different expiration
date for that article.
